Does the recipient need a smartphone to use Lovebox?
No, the recipient does not need a smartphone to view messages. They only need to see the heart spin and open the lid. However, the sender must use the Lovebox app on an iOS or Android device to transmit messages.
What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and international delivery times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

Every Lovebox comes with a 2-year limited warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in the screen, motor, or connectivity components under normal use.
